OWH Stars & Stamps Sketch Challenge #110

Good Monday Morning

Been busy trying to figure out this sketch on Sunday.   I only made two cards yesterday --  the first one didn't turn out so well and took me forever-- couldn't get the mo-jo going so I went outside enjoyed the sunshine and decided to work on another after dinner and  made this card for this week's challenge.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week.

Thanks for stopping in.

Sharon

I used SU bird punch and card stock. The sentiment is also from SU
Language of Friendship stamp and the background SU Fresh Vintage stamp.
I recycled my Starbucks coffee cuff and made the bird.  The pearls and scallop
punch are from MS.  The ribbon I purchased from Ben Franklin while visiting
my daughter in Northern CA this past summer.

Your MoJo came back full force. This card is terrific. I love that your recycled the coffee cuff. I would have never thought of that. Great idea that I will have to copy. LOL Very pretty ribbon also

This is beautiful, Sharon! I love the stamping, scalloped edge, and pearls - it all combines to make an elegant card. Thanks for joining us in this week's OWH Stars & Stamps Sketch Challenge!

How clever! I love it when I can re-purpose items for paper crafting or organizing my stash. This bird turned out perfectly ;)

My kind of card - I love it. That corrugated bird is terrific. And hey, I didn't know they still had Ben Franklin stores. My grandmother used to take me to one in Norristown, PA - so, so long ago.

I absolutely love the corrugated bird. I need to remember to die-cut some shapes out of corrugated paper. :) The colors are also perfect. Thank you for visiting my blog. :) And don't be nervous about heat embossing. ;)
