OWH Stars & Stamps Sketch Challenge #128

Good afternoon,

Well I struggled with this sketch -- not sure what to use for the embellishments.  I  finally decided on a Fall theme so I could use some leaves.  Here is my rendition of this weeks challenge.  I may attempt creating another card using this sketch later today - depends if I can muster any mojo.  :-)   I am also posting the OWH Midweek Throwdown challenge Anniversary Cards and Our Daily Bread Designs (ODBD) July challenge is to make a card using the cooler colors from the color wheel.  It is really wonderful how ODBD supports OWH.

Hope all of you are enjoying your Sunday doing the things you love.

The DP is from Imaginisce.  I used Martha Steward leaf punch.  The card stock,
the leaf stamp are from SU.  The sentiment -- unknown.

This card is for the Anniversary Challenge - The card stock, butterfly punch, the embossing
folder and the flower stamp are from SU.  The heart punch is from EK success.  The sentiment
is from Hero Arts.

This card is also for the Anniversary Challenge.  I saw this card and had to CASE it.
I used SU Framelits Labels collection, Elegant Bouquet embossing folder and Bird
Builder punch.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

This card is for the ODBD challenge - The card stock, Argyle Embossing Folder.
and Flower stamp and saying 'Friend to Friend' is from SU.  The sentiment is from
Hero Arts.  The background DP is from Colorbok.  I also used the first sketch from
the 4th of July Blog Hop.  I am slowly going through to make a card from each sketch.

This card would also qualify for the ODBD challenge - I used SU, Chevron embossing folder,
the Apothecary Accent Framelits, butterfly punch, border punch and card stock.  The sentiment
is from Hero Arts.

Wow, you have been busy! I really like your sketch card. It was a toughie for me, too, but I think you nailed it! Love how you threaded the ribbon through your sentiment label!

This warmer weather seems to have a lot of us indoors and stamping our hearts out! LOL These cards are all great, and I love the leaves on the sketch card! It's perfect for autumn. My favorite is the purple with the tag - not that purple is my favorite color or anything....... :)

I had trouble with the sketch card, too, because I'm not much on embellishments, as a rule. Love them when other people use them, but I don't seem to have that knack. The leaves are great and I LOVE that paper! Super card! ( I'm using my sketch card for my cool ODBD challenge.)

Some lovely combinations here - I love the colours and words in the first one, and of course the kraft and blue butterflies! So glad to hear you're enjoying Words and Pictures; and I hope you enjoy playing with some of the techniques. I've found so many great tutorials on youtube, as well as on all the crafty blogs - it sometimes feels there just isn't time to try all the great stuff out there!
