Not having any scallop punches or cutters - I found an old piece of paper that I purchased a few years ago that had a wonderful scalloped edge -- so I decided to use it to create my card. (I'll finish it up and make some more cards) The yellow and pink cardstock are from a pack of cardstock I purchased at Walmart. The saying is from Hero Arts and I am not sure where I got the dragonfly. I used a little bit of ric rack and a small pink button with some black ribbon -- and there you have it.

This scalloped border is wonderful and I love the ivory with the pink and black. Much ore subtle than a bright white. Lovely card!
this is so pretty with that great dragonfly image! I especially love how that pink ric-rac picks up the pink color along the bottom! Nice job!
